Qualifications for membership: 21 years of age, believe in a Supreme Being and be of good character, not a convicted felon/sex offender or belong to a terrorist group.

Cost of membership: $60 per year, with a $20 application fee when joining

Description of your group: Our main purpose is to support children and teens in need at our Mooseheart School & City in Illinois, and to support our senior members in a retirement home (Moosehaven) in Florida. Locally, we donate many hours of community service. Our biggest commitment is the Albany County School District 1 backpack program – stuffing backpacks every week for kids that are food insecure on the weekends. We help the Laramie Foster Closet with sorting and storing clothing and other needs. We have a section of highway we keep clean and host quarterly blood drives. We are also frequent supporters of the 4-H clubs. We donate Tommy Moose Dolls to first responders to give to a child in a crisis situation and support the Safe Surfin’ Foundation for internet safety. We have the equipment to fingerprint both young and old in case of an emergency and they need to be located.
