All about apache plume

Apache plume or Fallugia paradoxa is a unique, very drought-tolerant shrub for our region. It is native to the Southwest and reaches up to 5 feet high. By mid-summer it grows 3- to 4-inch pale pink to white blooms that turn into feathery seed heads that create an interesting look in the winter landscape. Grow in a sunny, dry location. Water it weekly the first year and then very little water thereafter.
