I wish the Boomerang had posted the survey preliminary results. The table speaks volumes as to who, what and how poorly UW was rated as performing on the criteria. It is pretty sad to look at and see.

Unfortunate that it was filmed on UW property. That implies tacit approval by the university and probably should require some sort of response against the ad by UW. I wouldn't have approved it, anyway.

Well, I don't know...I suppose, in the grand scheme of things, a merit-based raise of 1.2% is ok, but it sure feels like a slap in the face...do good work, good performance review, bust your butt for the last 3 years, and 1.2 % is your reward. That's the problem, every one I spoke with tho…
