Brainstorming

City Planning Manager Derek Teini answers questions from City Council members Charles McKinney and Joe Shumway during a brainstorming exercise at the Laramie City Council’s work session on Tuesday. Teini encouraged council members to use the materials and maps, which were all to-scale, to think about potential new uses for the current Public Works buildings on Fourth Street once the department moves to its new location on U.S. 287. Council members presented ideas for new commercial and residential buildings, additional parks, public art, bike paths and more.
