Members of Laramie High School’s band and orchestra program tune their various instruments together on Monday. A total of 37 Albany County students will be participating in the All State Band, All State Orchestra or All State Choir starting on Sunday, where they will have the chance to rehearse and perform with nationally-renowned conductors.
