Last week’s Fourth of July Celebration in Washington Park was a community homerun! Under beautiful skies, this annual event captured the essence of a traditional, small town Independence Day: patriotic music, games for the kids, fun food, and a variety of local booths. And, how perfect that it all happened under the Red, White, and Blue hoisted high by the Laramie Fire Department. Many thanks to the organizers and sponsors of this successful day. Events like this should make everyone feel community pride.

Well done, Laramie.
