LPD seeking info

In the early morning hours of Sept. 10, the Fraternal Order of Eagles club at 126 Lyons St. and the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks Lodge at 103 S. Second St. were both burglarized and cash was stolen. The suspect forced entry into both businesses, according to an LPD news release. Several Elks Lodges and Eagles Clubs, as well as VFW’s, around the state have been burglarized in the past couple of months in which entry to the establishments were forced and cash was stolen. Video surveillance was obtained from one location in Laramie. Although they are not high-quality photos, a member of the public might be able to identify the suspect from them. This is an open/ongoing investigation. Call Detective Sergeant Taun Smith at 721-3563 with any information.
