Laramie man arrested for felony possession of marijuana

Laramie Police Department officers were asked Sunday to assist the Wyoming Highway Patrol in locating a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run accident on Interstate 80, according to an LPD news release.

Officers located the vehicle and the driver, 34-year-old Joshua P. Stoner. As a result of the officers’ investigation, Stoner was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana and second-offense driving while under the influence of alcohol, the release states. Stoner’s bond has been set at $2,000 and he remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.

Possession of marijuana, third or subsequent offense, is a felony punishable by imprisonment for up to five years, a fine of up to $5,000 or both.

Driving while under the influence of alcohol — second offense is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for seven days to six months and the offender could be fined $200-$750.

Kendal Wall, 22, Rawlins, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, driving while under suspension and speeding.

Estella Vasquez, 42, Laramie, was serving a sentence.

Mellissa Roberson, 23, Laramie, was on a courtesy hold in the jail.

SATURDAY

Dillon Arp, 22, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, having no driver’s license and failing to stop at flashing signal.

Caitlin Miller, 26, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery.

SUNDAY

Ashley Edgerly, 23, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and failure to stop as flashing signal.

Nader Kamal, 21, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct — inciting.

Bridger Rardin, 22, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

Kyle Kossack, 21, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Joshua Jeans, 19, Laramie, was arrested on a warrant.

Joshua Stoner, 34, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence — subsequent offense.

Craig Cooper, 38, Seattle, was arrested on suspicion of no seat belt, two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy to deliver.

Brittany Turner-Bowman, 28, Mahtomed, Minnesota, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, having no insurance, driving while under suspension, possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy to deliver.

Simone Davis, 23, St. Paul, Minnesota, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver.

MONDAY

Cameron Hopper, 24, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, speeding and a stop sign violation.

Byron Hoff, 33, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of interference, felony interference w/ a peace officer, eluding and speeding.
