WEDNESDAY

Rafael Quintero, 49, Cheyenne, was arrested on a warrant.

Carlos Mendoza-Serrano, 30, Laramie, was arrested on a warrant.

THURSDAY

Rodolphe Laske, 26, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, having no driver’s license, speeding and a traffic light violation.

Brittany Risinger, 25, Tuscola, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of three counts of possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver and introduction of drugs to a detention facility.

Donald Dowds, 30, Tuscola, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of having no driver’s license, felony possession of a controlled substance and felon in possession of firearm.

Michael Maestas, 41, Rawlins, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and driving under suspension.

FRIDAY

Bryan White, 35, Rocksprings, was arrested on suspicion of interference and on a warrant.

Cody Johnson, 22, Crown Point, California, was arrested on suspicion of assault and battery and public intoxication.

Thomas Hadley, 19, Wheatland, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and a hit and run.
