Stella Vasquez, 41, Laramie, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving under suspension and having no interlock device.

Bernard Dugans, 39, North Carolina, was arrested on a warrant.

Latiffany Williams, 27, Cheyenne, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, careless driving and speeding.

12:41 p.m., 1300 block of North 22nd, possible assault and battery.

2:27 p.m., 2000 block of Binford, theft.

2:51 p.m., 100 block of South Johnson, alleged impaired driver.

3:46 p.m., 200 block of Ivinson, accident.

5:11 p.m., 400 block of Ivinson, accident.

5:18 p.m., Laramie area, possible narcotics possession — marijuana.


10:06 a.m., 1700 block of Palmer, animal bite.

10:55 a.m., Laramie area, sex offense.

12:16 p.m., 400 block of U.S. Highway 287, theft.

3:27 p.m., 4900 block of North Third, possible assault and battery.
