Come join the June Frison Chapter of the Wyoming Archaeological Society for our March 2018 meeting! The speaker for this month is Dr. Marieka Arksey, Collections Manager at the University of Wyoming Archaeological Repository. Marieka will be delivering a lecture titled “Chaos, Collapse, and Caves: How the Ancient Maya Used Rituals to Control a Crumbling World Order” after a short business meeting. You do not need to be a member of the Society to attend, but new members from the community with an interest in archaeology are always welcome to join!
