Come join the June Frison Chapter of the Wyoming Archaeological Society for the first meeting of the fall season! The speaker for this September is Dr. Robert Kelly, professor of archaeology at UW, past-president of the Society for American Archaeology, and distinguished author. Bob will deliver a lecture titled “Radiocarbon Dates, Human Population and the Prehistoric Use of Ice Patches” highlighting his recent research tracking human demography through radiocarbon dates. You do not need to be a member of the Society to attend, and new members from the community with an interest in archaeology are always welcome to join!
