The Colorado-based indie-folk/rock trio, Edison, has spent 100,000+ miles on the road in the last 24 months and this March they're headed West for select dates around their appearance at Treefort Music Festival. “We've been on the road constantly because of the connection live music brings with people in such a digital age”, lead singer, Sarah Slaton, notes. “You can't replicate the organic moment between the crowd and artist at a live show.” This formula has worked for the band, who has grown their national following from tireless touring efforts. That drive has also led the band out on tour with Iron & Wine, in addition to support slots with Nathaniel Rateliff & The Nightsweats, Andrew McMahon, and a headlining slot at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheater. This tour is in support of their debut LP “Familiar Spirit” out now on Rhyme & Reason Records.
