NOW THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the above described real property will be offered for sale and sold by the Sheriff of Albany County, Wyoming, or his deputy, to the highest bidder for cash at public venue on the front steps of the Albany County Courthouse, 525 Grand Avenue, Laramie, Wyoming, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., on February 4, 2015. However, such sale shall not be held unless a representative of the Mortgagee is present. There is due and owing as of the first date of publication the sum of $108,280.16 .
